  1. Love the quote from Sophia Loren – it is exactly what I do 🙂

  2. Happy Mother’s Day. Have been gone for two weeks and just noticed your new header. Love it! It is perfect for you. Looking forward to hearing about your upcoming trip to Singapore.

    • Thank you, thank you, Pat! Glad you like it. Thank you for the Mother’s Day wishes…I extend them to everyone who is a mother or has the heart of a mother. 🙂 I plan on keeping a journal so I can post about Singapore when I get back. The funny thing is that I didn’t realize this is an SCBWI conference as well…and that I am speaking on two panels about blogging and on an individual platform about using picture books as a parenting tool. I’ve just chosen the programs and presentations I want to go to. It was hard to chose…there are so many amazing ones. You can see the entire list available on their site:

  3. Beautiful pictures, Vivian, and Sophia Loren is absolutely right about always thinking about our children. Happy Mother’s Day!

  4. Happy Mothers Month Vivian ,Thanks for sharing this beautiful post my friend 🙂

  5. Lovely! Thank you! And Happy Mother’s Day to you too, Vivian – a bit late! 🙂 – hope it was wonderful!

    • Yes it was, Susanna! Wish my kids lived closer so I could see them in person on holidays like this…we Skyped.:) I’m already planning my next trip to the east coast and Chicago…maybe the end of June after I recover from the Singapore adventure.:)
