Hello dear friends! I’m not usually posting on Sunday, but there is a brand-new trailer for Melissa Coffey’s debut picture book, FRIDGE-OPOLIS…and I had to share it with you.
It’s a TRAILER REVEAL for FRIDGE-OPOLIS – Ta-Da!
What an adorable trailer! Short and sweet and it makes me want to grab a copy of the book and read the whole thing. Well done, Melissa!
If you remember, Melissa was here for a Will Write for Cookies interview along with two of her KidLitCaravan members who also have books launching this fall. Please check out that link because there is still a copy of her book up for grabs in the giveaway. You need to leave a comment on that blog post to enter.
What I love about FRIDGE-OPOLIS is that there’s a lot of fun word play and humor. Caring about food waste and solving the problem with composting and recycling are serious topics that kids need to pay attention to. And a funny book, with awesome illustrations by Josh Cleland, is exactly the vehicle to do this.
The book launches on September 6th…you can preorder the book from your favorite indie bookstore – here’s the link to the Little Bee Books page: https://littlebeebooks.com/books/fridge-opolis/
If you get to read a copy of the book, one of the best things you can do is to review it on a site like Amazon…lots of reviews really helps the author and illustrator…and reviews also help the customer who is looking for just such a book!
As always, I’m grateful you stopped by to spend some of your precious time on my blog. We’ve got a busy week coming up…please come back.

Such a fun angle into an issue more and more people are becoming aware of. Parents will love this opportunity to get the ball rolling, and have a ball doing it!
